Worklog is a cloud-based time tracking and project reporting platform that enables organizations and users to:

• Track working time and billable hours
• Manage projects and clients
• Generate reports and exports
• Collaborate with team members
• Integrate with third-party services
• Access the platform through web and mobile applications

We may modify, improve, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for activities performed under your account.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Fees are billed according to the pricing plan selected at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are non-refundable
• Taxes, including VAT, may apply
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before renewal

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload malicious software or code
• Interfere with platform operation
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Use the Service to violate privacy or employment laws

You grant us a limited license to process, store, transmit, and display such data solely for providing the Service.

The Service may connect with third-party services including project management, communication, and productivity tools.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their privacy practices.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect customer data, including:

• Encryption in transit
• Encryption at rest
• Access controls
• Secure hosting infrastructure

No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may affect availability.

All rights, title, and interest in Worklog, including software, trademarks, branding, documentation, and content, remain the exclusive property of Blend IT OÜ.

These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to users.

You may terminate your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon termination, access to the Service may be discontinued and data may be deleted according to our retention policies.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
